    合成制备方法

    1.硼砂硫酸中和法

    用途

    1.大量用于玻璃(光学玻璃、耐酸玻璃、耐热玻璃、绝缘材料用玻璃纤维)工业,可以改善玻璃制品的耐热、透明性能,提高机械强度,缩短熔融时间。在搪瓷、陶瓷业中,用以增强搪瓷产品的光泽和坚牢度,也是釉药和颜料的成分之一。冶金工业中作添加剂、助溶剂,特别是硼钢具有高硬度和良好的轧延性,可以代替镍钢。硼酸有防腐性,可作防腐剂,如木材防腐。在金属焊接、皮革、照相等行业以及染料、耐热防火织物、人造宝石、电容器、化妆品的制造方面都用到它?;箍勺魃背婕梁痛呋劣?。农业上含硼微量元素肥料,对许多作物有肥效,能增进作物品质和提高产量。硼酸也是生产其他硼化物的基本原料之一,由它生产的硼化合物广泛应用于国防及其他工业部门和科研单位。

    3.分析中用于配制缓冲溶液,如硼酸,氯化钾  氢氧化钠缓冲溶液,酸钠缓冲溶液?;褂米魃本?。用于制药及制备硼酸盐。

    6.用作淀粉、聚乙烯酸和聚乙烯酸缩甲醛等水溶性胶黏剂的增黏剂或交联剂。也可用作防腐、防毒剂。硼酸是生产硼化物及硼酸盐的基本原料,大量用于玻璃工业生产光学玻璃、耐酸玻璃、有机硼玻璃等高级玻璃及玻璃纤维。在陶瓷、搪瓷工业上用于生产釉药。冶金工业中用作添加剂、助熔剂。医药工业用于生产消毒剂、收敛剂、防腐剂及硼酸软膏等。印染工业中用作织物防火整理剂。皮革工业中用于裸皮表面脱灰?;逼饭ひ涤糜谏鹚嵋┰砑八峒疃鹊鹘诩??;箍捎米髂静姆栏?、杀虫剂、催化剂、防霉剂,以及配制缓冲液,用于电子、稀有金属冶炼、照相、人造宝石等行业。

    1.实际上是氧化硼的水合物,为白色粉末状结晶或三斜轴面的鳞片状带光泽结晶。有滑腻手感,无臭味。无气味。味微酸苦后带甜。与皮肤接触有滑腻感。露置空气中无变化。能随水蒸气挥发。加热至100~105℃时失去一分子水而形成偏硼酸,于104~160℃时长时间加热转变为焦硼酸,更高温度则形成无水物。0.1mol/L水溶液的pH为5.1。
